"Coffee & Cases Snippets" QI study published

Peer-reviewed publication in the Prehospital Emergency Care journal

As a Sydney HEMS Fellow in 2022-2023, I led a team that improved organisation-wide learning from the daily “Coffee & Cases” process.

I'm thrilled to share that our quality improvement study has now been published in the Prehospital Emergency Care journal this week.

A massive thank you to NSWA aeromedical operations, my QI team, and especially Robin Pap for his expertise and guidance in bringing this publication to life.
